By far, the best way to communicate with Jim is by phone. Feel free to call anytime between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm Monday through Saturday. During your initial free phone consultation, Jim will listen to you and take time to ask questions about your dog and its living environment and identify any issues or challenges you may be having. He will explain his training programs and methods in detail and then answer any questions you may have.
